The Palma-based production company / agency MediaService Mallorca was founded in 2020 and specialises in the implementation and support of film and photo productions on the island. Reliability, quality and solution-orientated thinking are essential requirements for us.

Otto Flaschka
As the inventor of the MSM brand and concept, Otto is now the managing director responsible for realising his ideas for the benefit of customers: diverse creativity and genuine passion combined with professionalism, reliability and perfect service. Otto has been living and working on Mallorca since 2010 and knows the island and its special features inside out. Whether it’s a small video project or a large film production – the boss takes care of it and contributes his experience. For him, together with the MSM team, quality and attention to detail are essential – regardless of the production.
CHRISTOPH RITTER
Chris has a huge amount of experience, both in the TV segment (camera & sound) and as an audio engineer and producer. He has 45 years of expertise in audio production. As a production sound mixer, he has been responsible for professional sound in numerous film and TV productions. He also works as an arranger and producer for many musicians and bands and specialises in composing advertising music. Chris has mastered the professional DAWs, has worked for years with NED Synclavier and SSL consoles and is an expert in audio post-production. That’s Chris: experience, creativity and always a solution at the ready.
PIA VOGT
Innovative designs, creative realisation and strategic thinking are what Pia brings to the MSM portfolio. For more than 15 years, Pia has made a name for herself with her work here on Mallorca and now uses her experience to realise our clients’ ideas. Pia definitely has her own personal visual language, but is also able to develop existing ideas further. The result is an end product that is always surprising in the very best sense of the word. From classic to ultra-modern, from strategically clear to artfully playful and so much more…
Dr. Udo Amend
Dr Amend is the sole shareholder and took over Mediaservice Mallorca with ‘Amend Finance’ in 2024. Dr Amend is an expert in the fields of corporate and financial consulting. With his decades of experience, he also supports the MSM team as a consultant and strategist. But Dr Amend also has a lot of experience in front of the camera – his YouTube channel has more than 100,000 members and the weekly updates are regularly viewed by around 50,000 viewers.
